Our IT Department is looking into helping me link the August article to the blog.
But, since the Journal Clubbers here at MRMC are being so patient waiting for this article, I am offering the following: Go to the the upper right hand corner of this blog and find, "Links You Might Enjoy."
Click the well.blogs.nytimes.co, read one article of your choice by Theresa Brown, RN. Also, type in the Search All NYTimes.com, the word HIPEC. Read the article titled," Hot Chemotherapy Bath: Patients See Hope, Critics Hold Doubts." I believe this is the surgery/procedure Dr. Brown does at our hospital. There is also a slide show tagged to this article, I give it a PG-13 rating, nothing too graphic that might upset anyone with a queazy stomach. Enjoy!
Just email me a couple of paragraphs letting me know you read both articles, and you get credit for a monthly reading. You can use this credit if you get behind, or just want to take a month off.
FYI, you can use this link to the New York Times to read any articles you like. They do keep track and kick you out after you have read 20 articles in one month.
